【使用方法】
清洗之后，把缩阴球加上适量润滑剂，慢慢将球推入阴道。
第一次使用建议使用10分钟，每次增加时间控制在3分钟以内，最长使用时间不超过30分钟。孕妇建议产后45天后开始使用。
